Retirement Fund for Religious Appeal 12/8/9/2018
Sunday, December 9, 2018 is the annual Retirement Fund for Religious which supports women and men from religious communities who have served God’s people in ministry, and are now retired and whose communities lack funds to provide for them in their retirement in a proper and dignified manner.
There will be a second collection at all Masses. Please be generous.
Holiday Fruit Basket Distribution 12/9/2018
On Sunday, December 9, 2018 St. Malachi Parish will deliver fruit baskets to the residents at Lakeview Tower before and after Mass. This annual St. Malachi tradition is a unique opportunity for families and individuals to share a gift and a smile with our neighbors in this holy season.
Please plan on joining other parishioners and volunteers in this effort! You can help deliver starting at 9:00am, after Mass, before 11:30am Mass until 1:00pm.

Joyful Mysteries Retreat 12/14/15/2018 6:00PM

On December 14 and 15, 2018 from Friday 6:00PM to Saturday 5:00PM the Jesuit Retreat Center will offer a retreat presented by Fr. Matt Linn, SJ that offers an opportunity to prepare our hearts by reflecting on the joyful mysteries.

Please join us on Sunday, December 16, 2018 at 3:00PM for an hour of learning and healing along your grief journey. Our Grief Support leaders are certified as Ministers of Consolation by the National Catholic Ministry to the Bereaved, Inc. Our Catholic-based support can be supplemental to your existing support groups.
We will meet at the following locations: St. Joseph Cemetery, Avon (temporary trailer office); Holy Cross Cemetery, Akron (office); and Holy Cross Cemetery, Brook Park (office).
