This weekend is the Catholic Relief Services Collection. This is your opportunity to improve the lives of the most vulnerable people around the world and here in the United States. Your support funds organizations that aid travelers, people affected by war and natural disasters, others whose work or unique cultural circumstances require special pastoral support, and migrants and refugees displaced by conflict, persecution, or political instability. Please be generous.

The February 6, 2023 earthquake that struck Turkey and Syria has caused the deaths of more than 40,000 people, injured countless more, and devastated the Turkish and Syrian people who are mourning unimaginable losses. Bishop Edward C. Malesic is requesting the prayers of the faithful for all those impacted by this disaster, and is asking those who are able, to give generously to support relief efforts.
Please join with Bishop Malesic and our Holy Father Pope Francis in praying for the souls of the departed, for the many others suffering in the wake of this tragic event, and for the emergency responders tending to them.
Please donate to the Catholic organizations providing emergency humanitarian relief to our brothers and sisters in need:

Hope. Love. Joy. Peace. These are the gifts of the Advent season. The gifts you help share here in our community, throughout the year, with your thoughtful stewardship. Advent is a meaningful time to reflect on your generosity. One special way to give is eGiving. It can simplify your stewardship and provide steady, consistent support to the parish – so we can be ready with programs, services, and ministries for church families and those in our community. Your recurring gifts will sustain our parish, even if you need to miss a Sunday service. It’s easy to get started. Sign up today by visiting faith.direct/OH337 or text ’Enroll’ to 216-930-1310. From the home page on the St. Malachi website, and click on the donate button. Thank you for your continued support of our parish family.
