Syrian Refuge Family Update

On Monday, August 8, 2016  the St. Malachi mentor team met with the Alzin family for the first time; they are most grateful for our parish’s support. They have marked their calendar and plan to attend our parish picnic on Sunday, September 11, 2016. The four children will start school soon at Thomas Jefferson International Newcomer Academy. Mohammed is attending English classes every day and Samah will join him after their children get settled in

school.

St. Malachi mentors will meet with family members weekly for the next three months. School clothes are needed. Please see wish list of items needed near the main church doors. Thank you for your continued support!
