Join us on Wednesday evening, March 15, 2017 for the annual diocesan-wide “Evening of Confession.” St. Malachi and all churches in the diocese will have confessors available from 5:00 PM-8:00 PM. A soup supper will be available in the hall during that time. Experience God’s loving mercy! On March 5, 2017, the First Sunday in Lent, we gather for a program on current refugee needs & our response. Our Lenten sacrificial giving this year is for Catholic Relief Services’ work refugees worldwide, especially from Syria. We will hear refugee stories from Jean from the Central African Republic, the Kostromanns from Bosnia, & our currently-sponsored Alzin family from Syria. Let’s learn about worldwide and local needs. Syrian food will be served!
The 37th Annual St. Malachi Church Run to support St. Malachi is Saturday, March 11, 2017 at St. Malachi. The 2-mile run/walk is 9:00 AM, the 5-mile run/walk is at 9:45 AM.
