Join us on Saturday, April 22, 2023 from 9AM-Noon to begin the ‘gardening’ season with generous helpers from the Parish, Malachi Center & St. Ignatius High School with the Jesuit Day of Service! Bring your gloves, rakes & wheelbarrow to help clean up our outdoor campus. Of course, that’s only the beginning! We also need help maintaining garden areas all summer. Please consider “adopting a SPOT” around our St. Malachi campus.

Centering Prayer– Several parishioners have gotten together for Centering Prayer and would like you to join them. Centering Prayer is on Zoom every Tuesday, at 10am. Wherever two or three or more are gathered in prayer (6 feet or many miles apart), let us pray for all of the members of our St. Malachi parish, their intentions, and all of the people on our prayer list at 7:00 PM (Eastern time) every Thursday.
The Fruitful Disciples are meeting this Saturday, April 15, at 10-11:30AM, via Zoom. We are reaching out to Parishioners and Neighbors and Welcoming them. This spring, St. Edward High School’s Edwardian Players will present Disney’s “Newsies: The Broadway Musical.” Set in New York City at the turn of the 20th century and inspired by a true story, Newsies is the rousing tale of Jack Kelly, leader of a ragged band of teenage “newsies” who dream only of a better life, far from the hardship of the streets. But when two publishing titans raise distribution prices at the newsboys’ expense, Jack finds a cause to fight for.
Show dates are April 20, 21 and 22 at 7:30PM and April 23 at 3PM at St. Edward High School, 13500 Detroit Ave., Lakewood, OH 44107.
Did you know that Raising Dahlias, a brunch for mothers and their daughters in grades 5-12 will be held April 23 at St. Albert the Great Parish Life Center? Sarah Swafford and Taylor Tripodi will be the featured speakers.
The event, presented in affiliation with Theology of the Body Cleveland, begins with an optional Mass at 11:30AM in the church. Closing remarks will be at 4PM.

Anyone married in 1973 is invited to attend the diocesan annual Wedding Anniversary Mass with Bishop Malesic on Saturday, June 24th at 9:30AM at the Cathedral of St. John the Evangelist. The Cathedral will open for seating at 9AM. There is no reserved seating, and couples sit with their families.
