Pope Francis Quote for the Weekend of 07/27-28/2019
“Mercy towards a human life in a state of need is the true face of love. It is by loving the other that one becomes a true disciple of Jesus and that the face of the Father is revealed. In the Gospel of Luke, Jesus said, ‘Be merciful, just as your Father is merciful.’ God’s commandment to love one’s neighbor is a single coherent rule of life for Christians.” To read more about Pope Francis’ daily life and activities, go to vaticannews.va
