Community of Saint Malachi

Saint Malachi Parish Community of Saint Malachi

Since 1865 Saint Malachi has served as a community founded in faith, continued in hope and nurtured in love for the Irish immigrants who first settled in the "Angle" and many others since who come to find a spiritual home here.  Our Ministry focuses on our immediate neighborhood, yet involves people from almost every surrounding suburb. The Community of Saint Malachi is a lay-directed, non-territorial personal parish of the Diocese of Cleveland. It had its origins in the late 1960s, and grew out of a desire to understand and implement the teachings of the Second Vatican Council.
