Are you familiar with Divine Mercy Sunday? It is the Octave Day of Easter. It points us to the merciful love of God that lies in the whole mystery of the death, burial and resurrection of Christ. This is the first Sunday after Easter where Jesus offers complete forgiveness of sins and punishment to souls that go to confession and receive Holy Communion on the Feast of Divine Mercy. To receive this great grace, simply start the Divine Mercy novena on Good Friday. You can join us online at St. Pat’s Facebook page or pick up a pamphlet in the back of the church. We will culminate the Feast with saying the Chaplet as a community after the 8:30AM Mass on April 24, 2022.
