Doyle OP on
“Sexual Abuse in the Church - Where do we go from
here?” at 7:30 PM Friday, March 7 in St. Malachi
Hall. Fr. Doyle is a Dominican priest and an internationally recognized
expert in Canonical and pastoral dimensions of the problem of sexual
abuse in the Church. He became involved with the issue while serving at

LIVING WATER -- WATER FOR LIVING
In John's Gospel, Jesus offers the woman at the well “living water.“ In our world today, one out of every five people do not have access to clean water; two of every five people do not have access to basic sanitation, leading to 5,000,000 deaths a year. This year, the people of St. Malachi are invited to offer Lenten sacrifices & give the money saved to support the work of
Water 1st International, which works with local communities in Bangladesh, Honduras, India & Ethiopia to provide locally built & run water systems. If you have not already done so, please pick up a “water jugs” label to attach to a container or envelope for your Lenten sacrifices & bring it to Holy Thursday Mass.
SOUP FOR THE SOUL -- VOLUNTEERS NEEDED
Volunteers are still needed to help with Soup the Soul, both during the day and during the evening itself. If you can spare some time, please contact Lynn at

When Jesus heard that they had thrown him out, he found him and said, "Do you believe in the Son of Man?" He answered and said, "Who is he, sir, that I may believe in him?" Jesus said to him, "You have seen him and the one speaking with you is he." He said, "I do believe, Lord," and he worshiped him. - Jn 9:35-38
