SHARING RAMADAN DINNER OPPORTUNITY
Ramadan is the month during which Muslims fast from dawn to sunset every day. Iftar is the meal eaten after sunset when the fast is broken. The Council on American-Islamic Relations (Cleveland Chapter) will host the 4th Annual Sharing Ramadan Iftar Dinner on Saturday September 15, at the Joseph Cole Center of Cleveland State University, 3100 Chester Ave. Registration 6:30-7:30 PM, programs starts at 7:30 PM. DIOCESAN REMEMBRANCE OF 9/11
On September 11, the St.
John Cathedral will celebrate Mass at 12 Noon in remembrance of all the victims of the 2001 attack on the World Trade Center. Following the Mass, there will be a procession to the Superior Avenue side of the
Cathedral for the blessing and laying of a wreath at the Safety Forces Memorial. All are invited to attend this ceremony in honor of those who serve in the police, fire, EMS, and other safety services of our nation.
SEMINARY COME AND SEE PROGRAMS
The Seminary Vocation Office will be hosting joint Seminary Come and See programs beginning this fall. Young men who are high school juniors or seniors are invited to attend to learn about
Borromeo's college seminary program. Men who are discerning the call to priesthood are invited to attend to learn about

Sisters of Notre Dame Prayer Line
The Sisters of Norte Dame have a Prayer Line Ministry. They dedicate time each day to receive calls and pray for your intentions. The Sisters will receive your calls from 10 AM-4 PM on Monday-Friday. During weekends and holidays you may leave your requests on their answering service. These requests will also be remembered in prayer. The sisters in Assisted Living look forward to praying for your needs and requests.

SHARE IN THE JOURNEY HOSPICE VOLUNTEERS
Give companionship and support to those at the end of life and their families. Volunteer with the Hospice & Palliative Care Partners of Ohio formerly Visiting Nurse Association Hospice. A variety of volunteer opportunities are available. There will be seven weekly training sessions, starting September 11 through October 25, from 7-8:30 PM at the Brooklyn Library, 4480 Ridge Rd., Brooklyn. 30TH ANNUAL “WALK OF HOPE”
Transitional Housing, Inc. works to end the cycle of homelessness by providing homeless women with a safe environment, programs, and services that promote self-sufficiency and independence.
