LATIN AMERICAN-EL SALVADOR COLLECTION
This weekend is the annual appeal to support the Church in Latin America. This second collection is the main support for our diocesan Mission Team in El Salvador. There is a second collection at all Masses this weekend. Please continue to pray & sacrifice that this work may continue.

All of St. Malachi offers a special “thank you” to Carol O'Neill Lavelle upon her retirement from working in the rectory office earlier this month. Carol has been of great service to Community members, Parish members and the many, many people who come to St. Malachi each day. NEW DEVELOPMENT
St. Malachi has been approached by a group forming a new charter school to open this fall about the possibility of leasing the school building. This past week, there was a joint meeting of the Parish Council, Community Council, Parish Finance and Community Finance to hear a presentation and discuss the issue. At this time, no decision has been made; we are continuing to seek further information and explore the issue.

RUMMAGE SALE
The Holy Name Society of St. Procop Parish will hold a Rummage Sale at Uhlir Hall on Saturday, February 17 from 9 AM - 5 PM. The hall is handicap accessible. St. Procop Church is located at 3181 W. 41st.

The Sisters of Norte Dame have a Prayer Line Ministry. They dedicate time each day to receive calls and pray for your intentions. The Sisters will receive your calls from 10 AM-4 PM on Monday-Friday. During weekends and holidays you may leave your requests on their answering service. These requests will also be remembered in prayer.
