 ”RECLAIMING ADVENT” EVENING OF REFLECTION 
“Reclaiming Advent: Finding Time for Silence and Simplicity” - an evening of adult reflection led by Betsy Nero about personal preparation for the Christmas season is this coming Thursday, November 30, from 7-8 p.m at St. Malachi Center. MALACHI HOUSE 4TH ANNUAL LIGHTS FOR LIFE 
The ceremonial tree lighting for Malachi House's Fourth annual Lights for Life is this coming Friday, December 1, at 7 pm at Malachi House. Each $10 donation for the Lights for Life campaign purchases a light in memory or in honor of the donor's loved one, to be placed on the evergreen trees in the Malachi House gardens. Please send your check for $10 per light with the names of your honorees & anyone whom you wish to notify, to: Lights for Life, Malachi House, 2810 Clinton Ave., Cleveland, OH 44113.

ST. HERMAN SPAGHETTI DINNER --
St. Herman's Annual Benefit Spaghetti Dinner will be next Sunday, December 3, in the school hall from 11 am-5 pm. Door prizes and entertainment. Take out available. Proceeds benefit St. Herman's House of Hospitality, which offers shelter to homeless men on Cleveland's Westside.

CHRISTMAS CHOIR
Come one come all and join your voices in glorious song for our annual Christmas Choir! Rehearsals are Thursdays at 7:30 PM in Church. Our major event is the Christmas Eve 10 PM Liturgy. All are welcome!

HOLIDAY FRUIT BASKETS -Holiday Fruit Baskets -  Volunteers NeededVOLUNTEERS NEEDED  
On Sunday, December 10, we will again deliver fruit baskets to the elderly in the Lakeview & Riverview Hi rises starting at noon. Meet at St. Malachi Center. To help or if you have questions, call Sr. Francis at (216) 861-5343.

ST. MALACHI CENTER CHRISTMAS BOUTIQUE
The Center needs new or “like new” gift items for mothers, fathers, teens, children & toddlers for the annual Christmas Boutique on Monday, December 19. The children “shop” at no cost. Bring gift items to the Center by Wednesday, December 14. For info, call the Center at (216) 771-3036.

BISHOP LENNON TO SPEAK AT FIRST FRIDAY CLUB 
The First Friday Club of Cleveland is pleased to present the Most Rev. Richard Lennon, Bishop of Cleveland, as its Speaker on Thursday, November 30. The First Friday Club will meet at the Metropolitan Restaurant, Huntington Building, 917 Euclid Ave. Those who wish to attend the luncheon buffet should contact Jane Dinda at 44-526-4382. FAIR TRADE SHOPPING DAY 
Fair Trade Shopping Day is scheduled from noon to 5 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 10, at two Rocky River locations, Ten Thousand Villages, 19321 Detroit Rd., and Heartbeats, 20015 Detroit Rd. This annual sale is just in time to buy beautiful Christmas gifts. A portion of the proceeds will further the work of the InterReligious Task Force on Central America. Do plan to stop in.”

SISTERS OF NORTE DAME PRAYER LINE
The Sisters of Norte Dame have a Prayer Line Ministry. They dedicate time each day to receive calls and pray for your intentions. The Sisters will receive your calls from 10 AM-4 PM on Monday-Friday. During weekends and holidays you may leave your requests on their answering service. These requests will also be remembered in prayer. The sisters in Assisted Living look forward to praying for you needs and requests.

MARY'S ADVENT FOR US -- RETREAT DAY
On Tuesday, December 12, the Jesuit Retreat House, 5629 State Rd. is offering an Advent Day Retreat from 9 am - 2:30 pm. There will be time for private prayer, some sharing, reconciliation, lunch, & liturgy.
