CONGRATULATIONS BISHOP AMOS!
Congratulations & God's blessing on Bishop Martin Amos, who was appointed the Bishop of Davenport, Iowa by Pope Benedict XVI. The Mass of Thanksgiving for his ministry in Cleveland & farewell will be Thursday, November 9, at 7 PM at
St. John
Cathedral. Let us keep Bishop Amos in our prayers as he prepares for his new ministry.
PRAY THE LABYRINTH
Learn about, be part of the blessing, and walk the Labyrinth this Tuesday, October 17, from 6:30 to 8:30 PM. Marla Loehr, CSJA, Ph.D. will teach us about Labyrinths. She and Fr. Tony will lead the Labyrinth blessing. Then all will be invited to walk and pray the Labyrinth. Please bring your journals; we will have time for reflection afterwards.
SAVE YOUR EMPTY MILK CONTAINERS

ANNUAL MASS OF REMEMBRANCE
The annual Mass of Remembrance for those who have been buried from St. Malachi during the past year will be Sunday, November 5 at 12:30 p.m. Anyone who can help with serving a luncheon after this Mass for the families and friends of the remembered, please call Kay Vine (440-871-5868) or Charlene McElwee (216-861-5343).
MENTORS NEEDED, ESPECIALLY MEN!
“Your Next Step” is a mentoring program at St. Malachi Center designed to help young adults, 16-22, identify, design & implement the “next step” of their lives. The program is held every Tuesday from 6-8 PM. Each mentor teams with 1-3 youth; training for mentors is provided. The program is designed for women to mentor young women and men to mentor young men. At present, there are more young men interested in the program than men to serve as their mentors. Can you help? Call Lynn Scott at the Center (216) 771-3036 or email her at
st_malachi@ameritech.net
