After 3 yrs the St. Malachi Prayer Walk For Peace will not be gathering after July 19. Anyone who has participated over the past 3 years or if you're new and would like to join us for one last walk please meet at the church on Wednesday, July 19 at 7:15 PM

FALL RETREAT AT ST. MALACHI: “PRAYING WITH ST. IGNATIUS OF LOYOLA” 
Is God calling you to closer relationship? Praying with St. Ignatius of Loyola is a retreat adapted from The Spiritual Exercises to foster a heartfelt knowledge of Jesus. For nine Sundays, a trained, spiritual director from the Jesuit Retreat House will guide you through different methods of prayer, meditation, journaling, and small group sharing. You will be asked to commit 30 minutes a day for private prayer.

ST. MALACHI MEN'S RETREAT PROGRAM
“Male Spirit Round Up Day” is Saturday, August 12, from 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. at Sandy Ridge Reservation, 6195 Otten Rd., North Ridgeville, Johnson Wetland Center. A day for all men of the Community of St. Malachi and St. Malachi Parish interested in doing men's spiritual work. The day will offer men's topics for discussion, sacred dance, poetry, nature walk and good fellowship. In the event of inclement weather we will not picnic, however, films will be shown at Emerson Middle School Gym at 8:00 P.M. Look for the sign posted by the Lakewood Recreation Department at the entrance of Lakewood Park.

VIRTUS TRAINING SESSION 
St. Malachi Center is hosting a Virtus training session on Tuesday, July 11, from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm. Pam Pulizzi is conducting the training for Protecting God's Children. Training materials are provided by the Diocese. The training helps those who work with or volunteer with children learn how to identify warning signs of molestation, to control who has access to children, to monitor programs, to learn to be aware, and to learn how to communicate concerns. ST. MALACHI CENTER ANNUAL GOLF OUTING 
The 14th Annual St. Malachi Center Golf Outing & Steak Roast is Friday, September 15, at Cherokee Hills Golf Course, Valley City. Golfers will enjoy a full breakfast, GPS golf carts, digitally calculated score-keeping & much more! All proceeds go directly to support St. Malachi Center programs. HOLY SPIRIT GUILD CARD PARTY

MAKE A DATE FOR LUNCH AT THE CENTER
St. Malachi Center's Annual Young Teen Alliance Café will be Thursday July 13 from 12:30 PM until 2:30 PM. Let the Center teens provide lunch, while using the skills they have been learning about food preparation & service.

SISTERS OF NORTE DAME PRAYER LINE
The Sisters of Norte Dame have a Prayer Line Ministry. They dedicate time each day to receive calls and pray for your intentions. The Sisters will receive your calls from 10 AM-4 PM on Monday-Friday. Although there is no sister on the line during weekends and holidays, you may still phone them and leave your requests on their answering service. These requests will also be remembered in prayer. The sisters in Assisted Living look forward to praying for you needs and requests.

HOLY HOUR & EUCHARISTIC ADORATION
St. Stephen Church, 1930 W. 54 St., invites all to a Holy Hour of Eucharistic Adoration, Wednesday, July 12, at 7 PM. There will be private adoration, singing, recitation of the rosary. Fr. ST. WENDELIN CHURCH SUMMER SOCIAL GARAGE SALE - ITEMS SOUGHT
Donated items most wanted for the garage sale are usable dishes, glassware, ceramics, knick knacks, toys, games, sports equipment, tools & Christmas items. OUR LADY OF MT. CARMEL WEST FESTIVAL
The Italian Festival will be July 12-16, at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church, 6928 Detroit Ave. Bishop Richard Lennon will celebrate the 10:30 AM Mass (English & Italian) on Sunday, July 16, the Feast of Our Lady of Mount Carmel. The Procession of the Saints will follow. Food, games, activities, rides. Festival Raffle tickets are $1 each, 6 for $5. First Prize is $5,000; Second Prize is $1,000; Third Prize is $500. Great Lakes Expositions will provide new amusement rides this year.

St. Joseph Christian Life Center is offering Pre-Cana sessions on Saturday, July 8,and Sunday, August 12.
