STANDUP FOR KIDS CLEVELAND!
Join the Force!!! The mission of STANDUP FOR KIDS is to help homeless and street kids. They do this, every day, in cities across America. They carry out their mission through the volunteers who go to the streets in order to find, stabilize and otherwise help homeless and street kids improve their lives. Their focus goes beyond street outreach and extends to deterrence and resource programs that they provide in schools and via the internet. But all facets of their mission is guided by the mandate that the volunteers shall tell kids they care about them and then, at every point, prove it. The
Cleveland STANDUP FOR KIDS is busy completing final steps before their anticipated launch in June. They are still looking for people interested in serving on the leadership team, in particular: Co-Director of Volunteers, Director of Fund Development, Director of Public Relations just to name a few. They also need people who can lend a hand for two to three hours per week to counsel street youth. Training will be provided. If you are interested in volunteering with
STANDUP FOR KIDS
Cleveland, please contact: Co-Director of Volunteers, Michelle Burke at
Cleveland@standupforkids.org.

He woke up, rebuked the wind, and said to the sea, "Quiet! Be still!" The wind ceased and there was great calm. Then he asked them, "Why are you terrified? Do you not yet have faith?" - Mk 4:39-40
