PROTECTING GOD'S CHILDREN
The Diocese of “Cleveland's Protecting God's Children” program is a continuing effort to instruct and inform everyone about the protection of children from sexual abuse. To report any past or present suspected inappropriate behavior toward children by priests, deacons, religious, lay ecclesial ministers or personnel associated with the Church, please contact the Diocesan Response Service office by calling (216) 334-2999 or via e-mail at:

BACK DOOR MINISTRY BRUNCH
The “Backdoor Ministry Brunch” is served for the hungry of our area in the hall from 8:30 - 9:30 a.m. on the last Sunday of every month; our next brunch is Sunday, Oct. 30. Volunteers are welcome to help prepare, serve & cleanup. For information, call Phil Daley at (216) 631-4056. ST MALACHI USES FAIR EXCHANGE COFFEE
We are now using organic “Fair
Exchange” Coffee at Coffee Hour each week; this coffee is available in several flavors at Malachi Mart. It is called
“fair
exchange” coffee because it comes from a coffee-growers cooperative which means that the farmers receive a better price for their crop, enabling them to support their families. Although it is more expensive, it is more just for those who produce the coffee we drink. It is also richer, so you use less.

He said to him, "You shall love the Lord, your God, with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind. This is the greatest and the first commandment. The second is like it: You shall love your neighbor as yourself." -Mt 22:37-39
