ST MALACHI USES FAIR EXCHANGE COFFEE
We are now using organic “Fair Exchange” Coffee at Coffee Hour each week; this coffee is available in several flavors at Malachi Mart. It is called “fair exchange” coffee because it comes from a coffee-growers cooperative which means that the farmers receive a better price for their crop, enabling them to support their families. Although it is more expensive, it is more just for those who produce the coffee we drink. It is also richer, so you use less.
