RETIREMENT FUND FOR RELIGIOUS APPEAL
This weekend is the annual appeal for the Retirement Fund for Religious. This fund supports women and men from religious communities who have served God's people in ministry, are now retired, and whose communities lack the funds they need to provide for them in their retirement. There will be a second collection at all the Masses.

Beginning at Noon this Sunday we will deliver fruit baskets to the elderly in the
Lakeview and Riverview hi-rises. Meet at St. Malachi
Center. This is a wonderful St. Malachi tradition of sharing and caring for our neighbors!
ADVENT COMMUNAL PENANCE SERVICE
“Prepare the way of the Lord!” is the cry of the Advent season. Our annual Communal Penance Service is
this Sunday at 2 PM at St. Malachi. All are welcome!
To provide more opportunity for reconciliation, please note that the Sacrament of Reconciliation will be available
from 2-4 PM this Saturday.

ADVENT CHARITY - THE HEIFER PROJECT
Again this Advent, the Social Action Commission invites individuals and families to support the Heifer Project, a nonprofit organization that provides hungry families with food animals, such as cows, sheep, or chicks. GUIDING EYES FOR THE BLIND
This non-profit organization dedicated to enriching the lives of individuals who are blind or visually impaired though the assistance of well-bred, professionally trained guide dogs, is currently seeking volunteer puppy trainers and puppy sitters. MASTER ARTS ON MINISTRY PROGRAM

Choirs, directed by Mrs Mary Pokrywka, is Thursday, December 16, at 7:30 PM in the auditorium, 20770 Hilliard Blvd., Rocky River. All four choirs will perform selections such as “Joy to the World,” “It Came Upon a Midnight Clear,” and many more. Admission is free.
