Lent is a special time of repentance and conversion. You are invited to
come to the Communal Penance Service
this Sunday, March 23, 2 PM at St. Patrick (Bridge); Tuesday, March 25, 7 PM at St. Malachi; and Sunday, April 6, 2 PM at St. Wendelin. Several priests will be available for the Sacrament of Reconciliation.

This Lent, we invite support for Fr. Eugene
Hattie's ministry with orphan children in Uganda, Africa.
Individuals & families are asked to make a Lenten sacrifice, perhaps
$.50 or $1 a day & donate the money saved. Envelopes are at the

| US BISHOPS OVERSEAS AID APPEAL |
Next weekend is the U.S.Bishops Overseas Appeal. The appeal
supports the Catholic Relief
Services' work with victims of natural disaster & human strife. The Migration & Refugee Services works with people newly arrived
in this country. There will be a second collection during all Masses.

protesting the budget cuts which will have a negative impact on human services in this
