ACOLYTE MINISTRY Congratulations and God’s continued blessings on Kevin McKenna, who is being installed in the Ministry of Acolyte this Saturday at St. Agnes Church, Elyria. Kevin is in his third year of preparation for the Diaconate.
ADULT FAITH FORMATION Kevin & Becky McKenna will host informal gatherings in March for discussing “Our Hearts Were Burning Within Us”, the Bishops Plan for Adult Faith Formation. As part of Vibrant Parish Life, this invitation is also offered to St. Colman, St. Wendelin and St. Patrick. For further information, call the McKenna’s at 216-221-4153.
WALK FOR PEACE The Prayer Walk for Peace continues every Wednesday at 7 PM. All are invited to meet in the parking lot by the side of church and join the Social Action Commission in this powerful walk. Info, Fred Leonard 440-331-8325.
SOUP FOR THE SOUL BENEFIT The third annual Soup for the Soul benefit for St. Malachi Center will be held on Thursday, April 3 from 6:30 to 10:30 PM at Window's on the River, located in the Flats. MALACHI RUN The 23rd Annual St. Malachi Run will be held Saturday, March 15. Start times: 2 Mile: 9 AM, 5 Mile: 9:35 AM. Pre-registration $15; race day $18. Registration forms at church doors, rectory or call Hermes Sports 623-9933
READING BUDDIES St. Malachi Center After School Program needs “buddies”, adults to read with children from ages five to seven for one hour per week. Basic training and material is provided. To volunteer, call Kim White at 216-771-3036.
EUCHARIST MINISTERS Parishioners interested in becoming Eucharistic Ministers are asked to contact Fr. Tony at 216-861-5343 by March 10. Requirements: at least 18 years old, Confirmed, Catholic in good standing. Training in March & April.
ST. PATRICK DANCE
St. Patrick Parish (Bridge) is sponsoring a St. Patrick's Day Dance on Saturday, March 8, from 8 PM to 12 Midnight at the Club (3610 Bridge). Donation: $7, disc jockey, Masterson Irish Dancers, Pipers, prizes, food.

DIOCESAN OFFICE FOR WOMEN  The Diocesan Office for Women is hosting Sr. Macnina Wiederkehr, spiritual guide and author, on Monday,  March 3 at St. John Neumann Church and on March 4 at Brennans Party Center.
