LENTEN
OUTREACH PROJECT FOR EL SALVADOR
|
Our
Lenten outreach project will provide shoes for children & assist with
church repairs in villages served by Fr. John King of our Diocesan Mission
Team in Teotopeque, El Salvador. We ask each individual &
family to choose a daily sacrifice, perhaps $.50 or $1 per day &
donate the money saved. Special envelopes are available at the church
doors & can be returned in the collection basket. Please make checks
payable to St. Malachi Benefit Fund. |

EUROPE |
Next weekend is
the annual appeal for the Church in Eastern
Europe. This collection funds nearly 1,200 projects in 22
Central & Eastern European countries. There will be a second
collection at all the Masses. |

Parishioners
who are interested in becoming Eucharistic Ministers are asked
to contact Fr. Tony (216-861-5343) by
April 1st. Requirements: at least 18 years old, Confirmed, Catholic in
good standing. Training in April.

During Lent,
families with young children are invited to join S.M.A.R.T.
(St. Malachi Adults Raising Toddlers) for Lenten fish fries, Fridays at 6

PREPARE CHURCH |
Your help is welcome and needed on Wednesday, March 27,
from 5-7:00 PM and also Good Friday, March 29 at 4:30 PM as we prepare
the church for the Triduum and Easter services. Light
refreshments will be served.
