MISSION SUNDAY |
This
Sunday is "World Mission Sunday" which provides the principal
support for the Missions throughout the world.
There will be a second collection for the Society for the Propagation of
the Faith at all Masses. |

| CELEBRATE SERVICE |
Our
annual "Celebration of Service" will be Tuesday,
October 30, at 7 PM in church, followed by an ice-cream social in the
hall for all who serve at St. Malachi. For information, call the office

FUNERAL WORKSHOP |
St.
Malachi is sponsoring a Funeral Planning Workshop with information and
theology regarding funeral liturgy, wake, and burial next Saturday,
October 27th from Noon to 3:00 in the hall. All welcome. |

CHOIR |
Be a part of the joyful ministry of music for our
jubilant Christmas Season celebrations! Rehearsal begins this Thursday,
October 25, at 7 :45 PM. All are welcome to join this festive group! |

SOULS’ MASSES |
Friday,
November 2, is All Souls’ Day. We will have Mass at 7 AM & 12 Noon
and also at 7 PM. At this Liturgy of Remembrance we will
especially remember those who were buried at St. Malachi this past year. |

PAT’S MISSION |
This
week Fr. Peter Mihalic is leading the annual parish/mission retreat at
St. Patrick (Bridge). All are welcome Monday through Wednesday at 7 PM
in the church. Refreshments follow in the rectory. |

St. Malachi Center has Entertainment 2002
books available in West Side
& East Side editions in the back of church, in the rectory, at

A meal without cost is served to the needy on Mondays
at 6 PM in the parish hall. Doughnuts, sandwiches, and coffee are served
