FORDHAM U. CONCERT St. Malachi is welcoming the Fordham University Choir for a concert at St. Malachi Church this Tuesday January 9 at 7:30 PM. Please plan to join us for a very special evening of sacred & secular music.

 The Christmas season ends this Monday, with the feast of the Baptism of the Lord. Church decorations will be taken down Thursday, January 11, starting at 4 PM.

St.MALACHI -- JEWISH INTERFAITH DIALOGUE St. Malachi Church and Fairmount Temple have designed a 4-session dialogue between us. Sessions will be on Thursday evenings from 7:30-9 PM on Feb. 1, 8, 22 and March 1. The first two sessions will be held at St. Malachi, the final two at Fairmount Temple. Save the dates and plan to participate in an inspiring and enlightening experience!

2. Sunday: Coffee Hour after 9:30 Mass in the Hall
— Closing Mass for Jubilee 2000, Public Hall, 3 PM 3. 
Monday: Meal for the poor, 6:00 PM in the parish hall.

SUPPORT WELCOME A meal without cost is served to the needy on Mondays at 6 PM in the parish hall. Coffee, sandwiches and doughnuts are served daily at the rectory. Volunteers are welcome (216-861-5343).

ENTERTAIN- MENT BOOK 2001 St. Malachi Center is selling Entertainment Books 2001: Cleveland & West Edition filled with "two for one" & 50% off discounts for area restaurants & stores. Cost is $30 per book & is available at Malachi Mart, St Malachi Center, the rectory or back of the church. Contact St. Malachi Center (216) 771-3036.
BACKDOOR NEEDS We have a continuing need for men's socks. The Backdoor Ministry distributes them as quickly as we get them in. White preferred. We also also need mens' work pants or jeans.
CENTER PROGRAMS St. Malachi Center needs volunteers for the After-School Program serving children 5-12, weekdays 3:30- 5:30 PM & the Education Project for high school students, Tues-Thurs, 5:30-6:30 PM. Call 216-771-3036
WANTED: HELP FOR MART Malachi Mart supports the ministry of St. Malachi Center. The Mart is always looking for volunteers,  to assist in every way. Through your generosity, the Christmas collection totaled $17,837 a measurable increase over last year's
Christmas collection! In addition, the parish received several special gifts during Christmas. Last Sunday's regular collection was $3,946 ($3,225 budgeted), for which we also are most grateful. Your financial support makes it possible to continue our ministry for the people of St. Malachi and residents of the Near West Side.
