JUBILEE ENDS

There will be a special Mass on January 7, 2001 at Public Hall at 3 PM to mark the end of the Jubilee Year & Bishop Pilla's 20th Anniversary as Bishop of Cleveland. For tickets, call 696-6525 ext. 2060.

HOLIDAY SCHEDULE  St. Malachi Center will be closed for retreat December 25 through January 3. Malachi Mart will be closed December 24 and 25 and closed for retreat December 31 through January 10.
NEW YEAR'S DAY Because New Year's Day falls on Monday, the obligation to attend Mass is dispensed. We invite you DAY to begin the new century & millennium by joining us for Mass at 10 AM New Year's Day.
EPIPHANY FESTIVAL All are invited to attend the Epiphany Jubilee celebration on Saturday, January 6 at 6 PM for Evening Prayer and Festival of Carols, followed by fellowship and dinner in the hall. Bring a side dish to share.

1. Sunday: Regular Mass Schedule: 9:30, 11:00 AM, 12:30 PM; Coffee hour after 9:30 Mass in the hall
CHRISTMAS EVE MASSES: 4:30 & 10:00 PM; no Midnight Mass
2. Monday: CHRISTMAS MASSES: 9:30, 11:00 AM, 12:30 PM
-- no Monday Night Meal (meal will be served Tuesday, December 26, 6 PM)
3. Tuesday: Tuesday Night Meal for the poor, 6 PM in the hall
4. Wednesday: Quiet prayer before the Eucharist, 7:00-8:00 PM in church, all welcome
5. Thursday: Eucharistic Holy Hour for peace at 11:00 AM; Mass at Noon.
6. Sunday: Backdoor Ministry Brunch, 8:30-9:30 AM in the hall
-- Coffee 1-hour after 9:30 Mass in the Hall
--Angle Drawing after 12:30 Mass; proceeds for building maintenance. Tickets available in vestibule
7. Monday: New Year's Day Mass at 10:00 AM
SUPPORT WELCOME A meal without cost is served to the needy on Mondays at 6 PM in the parish hall. Coffee, sandwiches and doughnuts are served daily at the rectory. Volunteers are welcome (216-861-5343). 
BACKDOOR NEEDS New or clean, gently used (no holes) men's socks (any color), warm scarves, and book matches are needed for the Backdoor Ministry. Thank you for your continued support of those in need.

MALACHI MART
HOURS 

Malachi Mart will be closed Christmas Eve & Christmas Day and open Christmas week Wednesday thru Saturday from 10 AM - 5 PM. Malachi Mart has Y2K Safe Trek dehydrated food supplies, Entertainment 2001 books, supplies & gifts for holiday giving. You can check their weekly specials on their web page: www.stmalachimart.org  

CENTER PROGRAMS St. Malachi Center needs volunteers for the After-School Program serving children 5-12, weekdays 3:30- 5:30 PM & the Education Project for high school students, Tues-Thurs, 5:30-6:30 PM. Call 216-771-3036
WANTED: HELP FOR MART Malachi Mart supports the ministry of St. Malachi Center. The Mart is always looking for volunteers,  to assist in every way. The Mart is open from 10 AM to 5 PM, Wednesday through Saturday, Sundays from 10 AM to 1:30 PM. For more information, call Bonnie or Jacqui at (216) 621-1988.
