FR KONDIK
This Sunday, we welcome newly-ordained Fr. Curt Kondik to the 9:30 AM Mass. He served his third year internship at St. Malachi; he is assigned to St. Angela Merici Parish.
EASTERN EUROPE  This weekend is the annual appeal for the Church in Eastern Europe This collection funds nearly 1,200 projects in 22 Central & Eastern European countries. There is a second collection at all the Masses.

The 1st Annual Lou Schroeder Memorial Breakfast to benefit Malachi House is Sunday, June 4 from 9
AM to 1:30 PM in the hall. Menu: "all you can eat Texas French toast", with sausage, fruit, juice, coffee

MALACHI CENTER RAFFLE RESULTS  Congratulations to the winners of the Malachi Center Raffle: $10,000: Catherine Grilly (Seller: Ralph

ever: 1,934 tickets sold, and a profit of $26,000+. Many thanks to all who sold tickets & the many who
supported the raffle! Your support of the Center's outreach ministry is greatly appreciated!

A belated congratulations to Sr. Maureen Doyle OSU, who received an honorary Doctorate of Humane Letters from John Carroll University and was the commencement speaker for their graduation!

FUTURE PLANNING PROCESS  St. Malachi Looks to the Future ... Rejoice & Renew is a process for future planning which is being done jointly by St. Malachi Parish & the Community of St. Malachi. The two Councils will meet next Sunday, June 11, to pilot the "appreciative inquiry" process. Later, there will be town hall meetings open to all.

4. Thursday: Eucharistic Holy Hour for peace at 11:00 AM; Mass at Noon.

6. Pentecost Sunday: Coffee Hour after 9:30 Mass in the Hall

SUPPORT WELCOME
A meal without cost is served to the needy on Mondays at 6 PM in the parish hall. Coffee, sandwiches and doughnuts are served daily at the rectory. Volunteers are welcome (861-5343).
BACKDOOR NEEDS Clean, gently used (no holes) men's socks (any color) and L and XL sized men's t-shirts (white) are needed for the Backdoor Ministry. Thank you!
