BEING THE PEOPLE OF GOD’ SERIES

sponsored by the CSM Spiritual Development Committee

It’s about ministry and answering the baptismal call …what ministry is in the Church, where it comes from, how it calls us , and what we can do. The series is comprised of seven sessions. Three sessions – Part 1 – are being held this year. The first took place Aug. 1, featuring Conrad Gramada, PhD, of Ursuline College. The next will feature

JOAN NUTH, PhD of John Carroll University on “The Theology of Grace of Karl Rahner, S.J., and its Relevance to Vatican II and Ministry”..7 p,m. Tuesday, Sept. 18, in the hall.

On the Sundays following each speaking event, during the coffee hours following the 9:30 and 11 o’clock Liturgies, discussions are led about the information provided, how it applies to us, and what we can do. The third session this year will be held at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 23, again featuring Conrad Gramada: “To Whom Shall We Go Today to be Nourished and Strengthened for the Mission Entrusted to Us as Baptized Adults?” A $5 donation is appreciated but not required for each session. For information: Jackie Bluett, 440-590-0394 or jackierose@aol.com
