It’s that time of the year for both !!

  • Holy Thursday, April 5: Morning Prayer, 7 a.m. * Mass of the Lord’s Supper, 7:30 p.m., Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament after Mass until 10 p.m.
  • Good Friday, April 6: Morning Prayer, 7 a.m. * Stations of the Cross, Noon
  • Commemoration of the Lord’s Passion, with Communion, 3 p.m.

(Please note: no 7 a.m. or Noon Masses Holy Thursday or Good Friday)

  • Holy Saturday, April 7: Morning Prayer, 7 a.m. * Easter Vigil Mass, 7:30 p.m.

(Please note: no 4:30 p.m. Mass Holy Saturday)

  • Easter Sunday, April 8: Masses – 9:30 and 11 a.m., and 12:30 p.m. and

Community of St. Malachi Annual Commitment

at coffee hour following our 11 o’clock Liturgy this Sunday, Mar. 25, and for the next two Sundays, there will be available forms for our COMMUNITY OF ST. MALACHI ANNUAL COMMITMENT

As usual, these will provide opportunities for contribution of identified time and talent to our unique parish/community, as well as your unidentified treasure. For information call Barb Pistillo (216-692-0172) or Rose Horning (216-228-4234)

Please remember that CSM annual commitment is required for your votes during our CSM ANNUAL MEETING following our 11 o’clock Liturgy Sunday, Apr. 22

Bowling Party Update

Message from Lynne Duge:

“The High School Christian Formation Class is hosting a bowling party at Fairview Lanes from 3 to 5 p.m. Sunday, Apr. 15. The teens are raising money for their trip to the National Catholic Youth Conference (NCYC) in Columbus in November. Tickets are $10 and include Moon Rock bowling, shoe rental,, and bumper lanes available. Tickets will be available from any High School Christian Formation student and at coffee hour on Mar. 25 and Apr. 1. Or call Lynn Duge for tickets or more information.. Apr. 1 is the last day that tickets can be purchased. No tickets will be sold at the door!

Gift Basket Raffle

“Our gift basket will be on display at coffee hour through Apr. 15. Stop by and buy a raffle ticket to support the NCYC. The basket will be raffled off at the bowling party. If you have a business and would like to make a cash donation, please call Lynn Duge. · Spirituality of Christian Nonviolence” - Five-session series sponsored by St. Brendan Parish, 4242 Brendan Lane, North Olmsted. From 7:15-9 p.m. five consecutive Thursdays beginning Apr. 12. Participants are invited to journey toward a greater awareness of the nonviolent love of Jesus as revealed through his life and teachings. Sessions will incorporate prayer, small group discussion, guest speakers, and materials from various faiths, including teachings by Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., Gandhi, Fr. Emmanuel Charles McCarthy, Dorothy Day, Thomas Merton and Pope John Paul II, with an emphasis on peace through Gospel nonviolence.
