most vulnerable Ohioans.

Care Action Network. (The Community of St. Malachi is a
member of the UHCAN Faith Project.)

Commitment Sunday
- Please remember that membership in the
Community of St. Malachi is an annual commitment. Forms
continue to be available at coffee hour. Be sure to return
yours in time to allow your vote to count on April 17.

SUNDAY, APRIL 17 – CSM Annual Meeting –
in the hall,
following our 11 o’clock Liturgy. This meeting will include election of
members of the CSM Council, including three At-Large members and chairs of the
Communications, Membership, Liturgy and Christian Formation committees. All CSM
members are welcome to nominate themselves or others to serve in these vital
capacities. This year’s Nominating Committee includes Marty Miller
(216-531-9293), Bill Schubmehl (440-933-3954) and Jennifer DeJohn
(216-227-9973).

CELEBRATION OF SERVICE
This annual luncheon, sponsored by St. Malachi staff to honor
volunteers in all St. Malachi ministries, will be held at noon Saturday,
April 30, in the hall. RSVP sign-up sheets are located in the kitchens, or
call 216-861-5343.
ST. MALACHI CENTER ANNUAL RAFFLE
It will be held, as usual, on Memorial Day, May 30, to benefit center
programs. Main prize is $10,000, with $200 for the seller. Second and
third, $2000 and $500, respectively. Tickets are $20, with just 2500
printed. To help with selling tickets, call Jackie Bluett, 216-771-3036.
Prayer Walk for Peace – Every Wednesday, with group gathering at
7:15 p.m. in St. Malachi parking lot for prayerful walk to Public Square
and further prayer there. All ages welcome.

Open House for River’s Edge, a Place for Reflection
and Action - 2-5 p.m. Sunday, April 3,
3430 Rocky River Dr. At 2 p.m. Bishop Anthony M. Pilla will
bless the 100-year-old building and dedicate the new
center. River’s Edge offers a variety of services,
classes and programs aimed at fostering the integration of
personal wellness, spirituality, global and ecological
responsibility. The open house will include food, music,
entertainment, wellness demonstrations, fun for the whole
