A Message from Bill Johansen, CSM Council Chair:
“Attached * to this week’s newsletter is a personal reflection sheet on
how one spends his/her time. This is the week we are focusing on ‘time’ of
the time, talent and treasure trio for Stewardship. God gives us 168 hours of
time each week. Obviously, some of this time is for things like sleep, work,
school, etc. How we spend the rest of our hours is all up to us. Attached is a
personal reflection worksheet on just that…how one spends one’s time each
week. As we gear up for our annual CSM renewal and commitment process, I ask
that you be mindful of how your time is spent. Reflect on your answers to this
worksheet and ask yourself: ‘Am I serving the Lord through spending enough
time with my family, friends and service to others?’ If not, what changes must
we make this Lenten season. Thanks.” - B.J.
*NOTE: The Personal Reflection can be found at the
end of the Newsletter.
