MESSAGE FROM ROSEMARIE DEJOHN:
The all-St. Malachi
picnic held in August at the Lakewood Women' Pavilion was a great time had by
all who attended. The weather was perfect as were the dogs and burgers
cooked by John Daley. Many thanks to all who took the time to be
with other St. Malachi members. Thanks also to all of you who set up,
helped serve, washed in the kitchen, moved tables and chairs and then, cleaned
up! Many hands did make light work! You are all wonderful.
Thanks again to all who came and to all who helped make the picnic such fun!

MESSAGE FROM STEVE DEJOHN (sent
to him by a friend) Hi All: On Jan 11 2005 I will be running in the Leukemia
& Lymphoma Marathon in Phoenix, Arizona. This 26.2 mile marathon is to raise
awareness and funding for the Leukemia and Lymphoma society. I will be running
this race in honor of my 5 year old son Noah. At 2 years of age he was
diagnosed with Leukemia. Just last month he finished 3 years of chemotherapy and
is going strong.
In order to run this marathon, I need your support. The fundraising goal for
the Marathon in Arizona is set at $3,700 per runner. I ask you to consider
making a tax-deductible donation to support my efforts towards this important
cause. A minimum of 75% of the funds I raise go directly towards patient care
and research. Any amount you can give would be a tremendous help to me. If you
have any questions let me know. I set up a homepage through the Leukemia and
Lymphoma Society. If anyone is interested you can make your donation directly
online. Thank for you time and support. Thank you for your time and support.
Sincerely, Charles Hambly www.active.com/donate/tntnoh/tntnohCHambly
