OUTREACH AND SOCIAL ACTION PLANNING
Please see today’s Communio for important information about the new group formed to combine efforts of our two St. Malachi parishes; its current focus, a Neighborhood Educational Forum.
*(Editor’s Note: Shouldn’t most of us be thankful we don’t have to learn English as a second language? How would you account for
the pronunciations of "soup" and "soul" – soop and sool? Or sope and sole? Think about it. And have a pre-Lenten chuckle…ME)

CSM CONGRATULATIONS
to CSM Council Member Mary Helen and Sean Meehan, upon the birth of
Colin Emmett, a little brother for Rory and a new grandson for Rose and Duane Horning.
(And a follow-up to our last issue’s announcement of Lou Keim’s triplet grandchildren: their four-year-old sister, when she learned that one was named "Jonah," asked , "Will he have a beard when he comes home from the hospital?") Kudos, too, to
Sr. Francis Borgia, for having three book reviews published in Ministry & Liturgy.

Message from Celeste Grunwald:
"To CSM Parents: In an effort to involve children in Church and to assist one of the needs of the CSM, we were wondering if you would be interested in letting your child/children pass out the Newsletter and Communio after Mass during the summer months. Your child would stand at one of the church doors for approximately five minutes and would have an opportunity to build social skills as well as have an increased opportunity for involvement. We would do this only during the summer months when there is warm weather, and probably only one Sunday per month as there are handouts only on the second and fourth Sundays. If you are interested, please call Celeste Grunwald at 440-884-9702, or see her at Mass.
Thanks for your time and consideration of this. God Bless." - CG
