CSM SYMPATHY AND PRAYERS

for the families and friends of Herman Strnisha, husband and father of Ilse and Steve, and families and friends of Rick Orley, and of Margaret Pompeani, Wayne Leon and Richard Sulzer.

HEALTH DEPARTMENT
 –
please keep in your prayers Len Haas, Mary Laubenthal, Helen Brinich, Rich Grunwald, Lucy Englert Balser, Dennis Stramel, Bea Donofrio, Mary Beth Gibbons and Nancy Gibbons.

CSM CONGRATULATIONS TO
 -
(once again!) Megan Leitch, for earning first honors as a senior at Magnificat High School, and (again, once again) to Lisa Flaherty, for again winning a bronze medal in bowling in statewide Special Olympics competition in Columbus.

And RED FACE DEPARTMENT
 -
Sincere apologies of the "whoops" nature to Jocelyn Heaney.  There’s an old saying, "I don’t care what they say about me as long as they spell my name right." We not only didn’t spell her name right, we didn’t spell it at all. In our last (June 25) CSM Newsletter, we reported the names of the CSM Council Leadership for the coming year, but somehow omitted the name of the Membership Chair. It is, for sure, JOCELYN HEANEY, who has commendably filled that post for some time past. (Sorry for the blunder, Jocelyn. And sure hope both Jocelyn and Heaney are spelled okay. -- ME)
