If you remember Dr. Offerman you may recall his teaching
Labor Relations at Cleveland State University from 1974 to 1982.
He also served on the Cleveland Mayor's
Committee on Equal Employment and as Chair of the Catholic Community
Action. 'Barney' was also a member of the Community of Saint
Malachi. If not you can learn about some of
