Genevieve McCloskey

Genevieve McCloskey"Founding Mother" of the Community of St. Malachi with her 1967 spread of the word about the 11o’clock Sunday Liturgy, her chair of the Steering Committee in 1975 when official diocesan "personal parish" recognition was granted, and her more than 35 years of active support for the principles of Vatican II. She went home to God in January 2000.

Tony DiNardo

Tony DiNardoOne of the founders of the Community of St. Malachi, a past president of the CSM Council; a primary "mover and shaker " in establishment of St. Malachi Center, Malachi Mart and Malachi House; renowned for the warmth of his love and hospitality as well as the business acumen – the "time, talent and treasure" – he so graciously shared with the Community. He was born into eternal life in 1997.

Lucille Schroeder

Lucille SchroederA member of the Community of St. Malachi and a volunteer since "even before the beginning," for more than 25 years she managed the office for both the Community and St. Malachi Parish, twinning her business and social service skills in loving care for people both inside the church and rectory and out on the streets. Shortly before her return to God in 1999, she described hers as "a faith-based wish to be of service. Sort of a minister to the ministers."
